Police say Ana Maria Pereira De Sousa Rebelo ‘died as a result of compression to the neck by third party.’
A 58-year-old man who has been helping Police with their inquiries has been released on police bail, pending on-going inquiries.
Ambulance crews alerted the Police to the premises in Victoria Street just before midday on Tuesday morning.
Forensic work will continue in Victoria Street today as will house to house enquiries.
The incident is being led by Senior Investigating Officer (SIO), DCI Alison Fossey.
