You can swim in a bay more than once or visit more than one in one day, as long as you have done a minimum of 30 strokes.
People taking part are encouraged to join in on the group swims starting and closing the event to register, pick up their swimming hats and meet their fellow swimmers. Between then, challengers can swim in the bays in any order they please.

“I would encourage everyone to take part, enjoy the benefits for themselves and support two local charities in the process.”
The challenge is open to everyone, and even if you’re too busy or off island during the allocated dates, you are encouraged to continue it into August.
