Mr Le Brocq, 85, cried in the dock after he was told the jury had acquitted him of all the charges.
Mr Le Brocq was told by Commissioner Julian Clyde-Smith said: “The jury has found you not guilty of all the counts and you are discharged from these proceedings.”
Mr Le Brocq made no comment after the verdict and Defending Advocate Heidi Heath said: “He now just wants to go home.”
The jury took around three and a half hours to reach their verdict, following the eight day trial at the Royal Court.
