Officers said the pair were last seen “in fields at Oakland’s, so could be in the Grande Vaux to Grand Route de Trinity Area”.
In a post on Facebook, the Force added that they were already aware of a rogue trio in St. John, but noted: “These are not the cows we are looking for.”
Anyone who spotted the cows was asked to contact the Duty Centenier.
Fortunately, within hours, the officers had solved the cow-nundrum of their whereabouts and were able to return them to the field.
