Danny Bisson tees off against Jeremy Nicolle at 16:50 and they will be followed out at L’Ancresse by No 1 seed Conor McKenna and Jamie Blondel at 17:00.
The final takes place on Sunday.
Nicolle ended reigning champion Tom Le Huray’s defence 6&5, while Bisson beat Sean Mills 4&3 to book his semi final spot.
McKenna saw off Wayne Harwood 3&2, while Blondel secured his route through when his cousin Danny conceded.
