A total of 45 BWCI staff and partners have joined the club after getting at least 10 years of service with the company.
“This remarkable achievement represents over 35% of our total team. Between them they have a total of 889 years of experience in all areas of our business,” a company spokesperson said.
The firm recently welcomed the club’s two newest members; Hannah Gibson and Maria Le Lère, at the club’s annual celebratory lunch. Ms Gibson is a manager and team leader in the Investment Consultancy team, while Ms Le Lère is an assistant manager in the Pensions Administration team.
Commenting on the achievements, BWCI’s Senior HR Manager, Alison Hawkins said;
“We are very proud to have such a high proportion of long- standing staff, which demonstrates a high level of engagement and enables us to build up close working relationships with our clients.”
