The BWCI Group has bought regulated insurance manager, Orion Insurance Management Limited – which is the manager of La Fraternelle Mutual and Foresters Healthcare.
BWCI said the acquisition will diversify its range of services by expanding the insurance offering, as well as “securing the long-term management of two key insurance providers which have a prominent role in our local community”.
Orion Insurance will continue to operate with the same team from its offices on Glategny Esplanade.
Clair Le Poidevin has taken over as Managing Director of Orion in succession to David Le Poidevin, who is leaving the business to pursue an alternative career.
