Leading offshore law firm Appleby is expanding it’s corporate practice with new Associate Josh Tonks, who has experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell side, as well as experience in corporate restructuring transactions.

Mr Tonks was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2023, having practised as an associate solicitor at Shakespeare Martineau LLP in London, and trained at Gateley PLC, also in London.

He has acted for corporate entities, across sectors including financial services, gaming, fitness, healthcare, retail and fintech as well as various corporate stakeholders.
