The deal has been completed by its joint venture vehicle Spring Partners (Holdings) Limited from Neon Holdings UK Limited.
Bedell Cristin, which advised Aston Lark on the deal, worked closely with Eversheds Sutherland throughout the transaction and was led by Guernsey Managing Partner, Kate Ovenden, assisted by Managing Associate, Lee Osborne.
