The Estate has begun by reopening with two bed and breakfast hotels – the La Moinerie Village and the Dixcart Terrace. They have also expanded to offer self-catered lodges.
The Estate will also expand to offer more hotels, self-catered lodges, eateries, restaurants and other activities over the next few years.
They are also looking for a tenant for the iconic Aval du Creux Hotel situated at the top of the Harbour Hill. Consideration is being given to offering a long-term lease to a hotel operator with a proven track record in delivering high level of service.
