A Counsel from legal firm Bedell Cristin has qualified as a Guernsey Advocate.
Emma Hill has been called to the bar, marking her qualification.
This is her second period working in Guernsey, having spent six years here earlier in her career before moving to London.
Partner Alasdair Davidson said: “We are delighted for Emma – qualifying as a Guernsey Advocate is a significant career achievement, particularly for a litigator.
“Emma has had a real impact on the practice since joining us, and we look forward to her continuing to build and develop her career at Bedell Cristin.”
Ms Hill has been in private practice since 2011.
She advises local and international clients on a range of disputes, specialising in contentious trust matters.
