7RIDGE has acquired Trading Technologies International Inc. with the help of lawyers from Carey Olsen.
They expect the deal to be concluded by the end of the year. It will allow 7RIDGE to utilise TT’s global team to develop future trading technologies.
The acquisition was led by David Crosland, partner at Carey Olsen, who is pictured above.
