A major programme of works is planned to convert, enhance and alter the property into a state-of-the-art medical centre with pharmacy and separate apartments.
Once complete, the facility will serve as the practice’s new base of operations, alongside its existing premises at the Longfrie.

Collas Crill Partner, Jason Green, advised on the transaction with support from Associate Harry Round.

Queen’s Road Medical Practice Chief Executive Officer, Will Pierce, added: “We have been searching for a suitable location for several years as we are outgrowing our current site.
“We are very pleased to have bought such a landmark building from the States which will enable us to create a great environment for patients to visit and our staff to work from.”
