Simon Heggs and Tom Cutts-Watson are both based in Guernsey. Mr Heggs advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including debt finance, public and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and corporate insolvency. He has been promoted to Partner.
Mr Cutts-Watson works on contentious matters involving trust and financial services disputes, and is part of the firm’s multi-disciplinary employment team. Earlier this year he was called to the Guernsey Bar as an Advocate of the Royal Court this year. He has been promoted to Senior Associate.
