Investment Funds and Corporate lawyer Gareth Morgan has joined Walkers team in Guernsey, in what the firm is calling a lateral partner hire from another offshore law company.
Mr Morgan (pictured top right), who is recognised by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, joins fellow Guernsey based Investment Funds & Corporate Partners Matt Sanders and Craig Cordle at Walkers.
With almost 20 years’ experience in private practice as an offshore lawyer in Guernsey, he specialises in complex fund and corporate structuring.
Matt Sanders (pictured top left), the Managing Partner of Walkers Guernsey office, welcomed him to the team.

Mr Morgan said he’s delighted to be joining Walkers.

Walkers recently announced its largest-ever global promotions round – a significant milestone in its 60-year history. This included a record number of promotions across their Channel Islands business, which saw three new partners, a new senior counsel and two new senior associates in Guernsey.
Mr Morgan’s appointment follows Investment Funds & Corporate partner Simon Hopwood joining the Walkers team in Jersey last month as the Channel Islands arm of the business continues to grow and prosper at record levels.
