Not only has the group grown financially, it has also expanded its workforce to 18 people.
“We have grown from a team of four to 18 over the last three years and along our journey helped a number of young people begin their careers,” said Managing Director Tim Parkes.
“Our £100 million milestone marks a key point in our growth story. The RAW Mortgage Fund has attracted a variety of investors seeking the benefits of consistent returns and capital security,” he said.
The fund growth comes despite a “worldwide pandemic thrown into the mix. We look forward to continued growth of our business over the years to come,” concluded Mr Parkes.
