Hepburns and Islands have retained their Investor in Customers accreditations.
The Group says this recognises its continued commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across the Channel Islands.
Hepburns has retained its Gold Investor in Customers accreditation, while Islands has again achieved Silver status following a recent independent assessment of customer experience, service standards, and client feedback.
The Group has also renewed its Chartered Insurance Broker status with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), having first achieved this designation last year.
