Lancaster Guernsey has appointed Matt Gilligan as its new Head of Client Services, alongside Emma Gaudion as Client Relationship Manager and Royston Barnes and Lucy Wickins as Client Accountants.
Mr Gilligan joins the privately-owned, independent trust company with almost 20 years of fiduciary experience, having worked with ultra-high-net-worth families and their advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
As Head of Client Services Mr Gilligan will oversee the delivery of client services across the business, with a focus on strengthening client and intermediary relationships.
Ms Gaudion meanwhile joins as Client Relationship Manager with more than 13 years of experience in trust and corporate services, specialising in the administration of private wealth structures for high-net-worth individuals and families.
She is Diploma qualified with The Chartered Governance Institute and works closely with clients and their advisers across a range of trust and corporate arrangements.
Mr Barnes and Ms Wickins will be supporting the delivery of accounting services across Lancaster Guernsey’s private client and corporate structures.
Mr Barnes brings more than 25 years of experience working with clients in the private wealth sector, whilst Ms Wickins has worked across multiple jurisdictions on complex structures and is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.
