The former Chair of the Jersey Employment Tribunal will also provide employment law advice to employers and employees who need specific employment advice.

“My years in dispute resolution and chairing the Jersey Employment Tribunal have shown me that mediation is a far better and cheaper way of resolving disputes than litigation,” she said.

“It can either enable the rebuilding of a relationship or it can ensure that the relationship ends in a less acrimonious manner.”
