A Senior Associate at Mourant has been named as one of the 2026 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders.

Based in Guernsey, Alex Garner is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, advising on a broad range of complex and high value commercial matters.

Abel Lyall, Head of the Guernsey Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, commented: “We are delighted to see Alex recognised with this accolade, which reflects his technical expertise, dedication to our clients and significant contribution to our Litigation practice.

“Alex is a talented lawyer with a bright future ahead of him, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.”

The eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list is an initiative designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars who play a role in shaping the global private wealth sector.

The list supersedes the eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35, which launched in 2018 and ran successfully for five years, before being extended to the Isle of Man.
