Guernsey-based leadership and consultancy company, Leaders, has announced its new partnership with Miranda Williams, who joins as a Leadership Director based in Cambridge.

With over two decades of senior experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, Miranda brings a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic insight, and human-centred leadership to the Leaders team.

Throughout her career, Ms Williams has held roles at organisations including Napp Pharmaceuticals, Lloyds Clinical Homecare, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and bit.bio. She has led multi-site teams of up to 700 people and is a specialist in operations, supply chain and manufacturing. Miranda is a qualified Executive Coach (Advanced AoEC), a skilled facilitator, and has assisted faculty on advanced coaching programmes.

Leaders Founder, Phil Eyre, said: “Miranda brings a deeply authentic leadership style to our team – compassionate, yet challenging and real. Her corporate leadership journey complements my own experience in business and Kareena Hodgson’s expertise in the third sector. We already work with clients in Cambridge, so connecting with Miranda was the natural next step. Together, we’re expanding our impact to help more leaders navigate complexity with humility, integrity and moral courage.”

Ms Williams added: “I’m passionate about helping leaders get it right because when leadership is done well, everything else falls into place. I’ve had the privilege of leading large teams and managing tough conversations. That lived experience gives me the empathy and edge to support others. Leadership is not about having all the answers, but about showing up with vulnerability, clarity and a commitment to serve.

“I’m looking forward to working with Phil and Kareena to support Leaders in Cambridge.”
