A Channel Islands finance business has launched a new identity for a branch of its services.

Moore Stephens Channel Islands has launched MFMS Channel Islands as a dedicated identity for its private client, corporate and family office services.

MFMS stands for “Moore Family and Moore Stephens”, to recognise the Moore family’s ownership of the group and its historic Moore Stephens identity.

The rebrand is purely cosmetic and there is no change in ownership, control, shareholders, management or board members.

Sam Bird, CEO of MFMS Channel Islands Group, said: “This new identity allows us to communicate more clearly what we do within each brand and the experience our Channels Islands teams bring to that work.

“For clients and advisers, the people, ownership and commitment to service remain the same. What changes is the way we present our fiduciary and private wealth services to the market.”

The MFMS rebranding has happened across Moore Stephens’ businesses which operate in 10 jurisdictions around the world.

The Channel Islands MFMS branch is now aligned with MFMS brands around the world including our neighbours Guernsey and London, and also further afield in Bermuda, BVI and Monaco.

These brand connections will allow clients with cross-border needs to easily see which branches of Moore Stephens have the specialisms they need, a spokesperson said.

Moore Stephens Channel Islands will continue the audit, accounting and tax services side of the business under their original branding.

A new MFMS Channel Islands will be launched alongside an updated Moore Stephens Channel Islands website.
