Mourant has been awarded the title of Offshore Law Firm of the Year for a fourth time, including the inaugural award in 2004.

Mourant’s award submission outlined their vision and strategy, and entrepreneurial, client-focused approach. In particular, it focussed on firm’s 20th successive year as the leading legal adviser for funds in Jersey, and standout client mandates such as Shire Plc’s £46 billion takeover, the largest ever takeover of a Jersey incorporated company.
“It’s certainly been a stand-out year, on a number of different levels,” said Mr Rigby. “It’s fantastic to receive recognition for the successful delivery of our strategy.”
