Ms Barrell joined the company in 2012 and has been instrumental in the development of the Residential Lettings & Management Department.
Cooper Brouard Director Cathy Gallienne said of the promotion: “I have worked closely with Heather in Lettings & Management department for several years now, it’s a fast-paced environment and she has brought a calm, methodical approach to it.
“I am delighted to be handing over the reins to her, safe in the knowledge that she will continue with the smooth running of the team and maintain the excellent customer service we are renowned for.”
The promotion is part of Cooper Brouard’s ongoing expansion and development plans that has seen them increase the letting team to five in the last two years while embarking on a major renovation of their offices.
