He’s worked for the company for more than ten years, and held multiple leadership roles, most recently he was the ‘Global Head of CRM’ and ‘Global Head of Sales Strategy’.
Before joining HSBC, he worked as strategy consultant specialising in strategic planning, working with and supporting major banks in Europe and the Americas.
