Gillian Kennedy-Smith will join as a Partner in the Guernsey International Trust & Private Client advisory practice in March 2021.
She joins the firm from Mills & Reeve in London and brings 14 years’ experience working with HNW individuals, trust companies, family offices, accountants and IFAs, advising internationally mobile families on trusts, succession, next generation planning and tax.
In other jurisdictions, Ian Montgomery returns to Mourant from Collas Crill’s BVI office, while Neil McCarroll has been promoted to Partner from Counsel in the Jersey Finance & Corporate practice.
