Appleby has promoted James Gallimore to Senior Associate within the Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey.
Mr Gallimore joined the firm in 2023, with his work focusing on employment law. He advises international companies and financial institutions on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
His experience includes handling Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal and discrimination, managing multi-jurisdictional employment projects, and drafting employment documentation, including contracts, HR policies, and settlement agreements.
Richard Sheldon, the Managing Group Partner for Appleby Guernsey, said Mr Gallimore’s promotion reflects his value to the pan-Channel Island employment team.
