Natalie Hughes-Davison, James Cameron and Dalen Vile move into new positions with NP in its 50th year in operation.
“Good customer service is a vital ingredient and part of my role will be to ensure that standards remain as high as possible,” said Natalie, who is the new Showroom Manager.
“We design kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms for our customers and we’re creating dreams for people. We want to do the journey with them and will also be excited when they see it become a reality.”
Natalie has been joined by James who has been appointed the Manager of Heavyside and Timber.
“I now look after a team of 16 and try to ensure everyone understands the values of the business and there is consistency in the levels of service we offer across the different departments,” he said.
“I’mreally optimistic about the company’s continuing success. Customers always remember how you make them feel so we really try to make their experience as positive as we can.”
Dalen is the new Marketing Manager for NP Group.
“Using a combination of both traditional and online media to market our goods and services is so important,” he said.
“In this very competitive environment, we use one way to communicate to our retail customers and another to reach our trade clients. We hold a number of events each year, which is a tried and tested way of introducing the trade to our wide range of goods, as well as building ever so important relationships.”
