ETC-Group were advised by Ogier during the process of being purchased by Bitwise Asset Management, which is the largest index fund manager in America.
The London-based ETC Group has more than one Billion American Dollars in assets under its management and is considered one of Europe’s largest dedicated crypto exchange-traded product providers.
Tim Clipstone, a Partner at Ogier, led the Guernsey team on the purchase and said they’re “delighted to have worked on this high profile acquisition, which marks an exciting new period of growth for the ETC-Group in Europe.”
