Ogier has confirmed dozens of promotions spanning its legal, corporate and fiduciary, and business services teams in the Channel Islands.
In Guernsey’s business services team, Abby Brown has been promoted to senior professional support lawyer and Nicci Martel to senior communications manager.

On the legal side in Jersey, the Corporate team sees Alex Fisher progress to managing associate, with Gayoung McLellan, Marcela Tudose and Mark Watson becoming senior associates. Ryan Ripamonti is now also a senior associate in Ogier’s top tier Investment Funds team.
Representing the Jersey office for Ogier Global, the firm’s corporate and fiduciary division, Danielle Van Neste has progressed to associate director, Eden Harrison has been promoted to senior client accountant, Silvio Andrade and Becca Journeaux to senior managers and Heather Rabet and Stephanie Alves to managers. Ross Middleditch, Jonny Rolfe and Max O’Shaughnessy become assistant managers, while Kylie Dufty becomes senior compliance manager. Justine Baxter has progressed to senior administrator, while Douglas Brown, Linus Burns and Eva Wallace have all progressed to administrators.
In Jersey’s business services team, Annu Rani has been promoted to head of finance for Hong Kong and Luxembourg, Jacquee Mwakazi to senior finance administrator, Izabela Gawlicka to senior billing administrator and Connor Christie to senior manager. Stuart Perchard becomes director of HR business partnering, Holly Walker becomes senior HR manager and Luke Wright progresses to assistant manager of resourcing and onboarding. Mike Grabos has been promoted to senior information security risk analyst, Tim Frojd to senior business analyst, Matt Ellis to senior technical consultant, Jason Maindonald to senior IT systems manager and Cory Batchelor to senior service desk analyst.
Nicky Norton becomes senior manager of group workspace strategy, Kathleen King becomes quality assurance manager and Sarah Edmondson becomes senior programme manager.

The Channel Islands promotions form part of a total of 83 promotions and progressions across Ogier’s global network, which is the largest number to date. The firm now has more than 1,200 people in its legal, corporate and fiduciary and consulting divisions, including 110 legal partners, working in office locations including the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Ireland, Dubai, London, Luxembourg and Hong Kong.
