According to Chambers High Net Worth, Ogier is “an obvious choice for high-value trust work” and its Guernsey Private Wealth team is led by a highly-ranked private client lawyer.
Chambers HNW places Advocate Gavin Ferguson in Band 1 alongside only one other Guernsey lawyer, noting he is “a widely admired private wealth practitioner”.
Chambers interviewees say Mr Ferguson is “a very good lawyer” with “a very good reputation” and “well known for being great with clients”.
