There will also be a restaurant on the ground floor – being planned by Sam Jarrold, the owner of Hook and Fukku.
The ’Upper House’ building dates back to 1883 and its redevelopment will be PSO’s first project in conjunction with Field Day, a design-led property development company with a property portfolio across the UK and Guernsey.

Polygon and Field Day will work with Colin Smith Partnership, Axis Mason Architects, Ravenscroft Construction and C8 Mechanical and Electrical amongst others with an aim of opening the new facility next spring.
