Praxis has received Platinum re-accreditation from STEP, the highest level of recognition in the Employer Partnership Programme (EPP).
The company says it highlights its commitment to continuous professional development for team members and high-quality client service.
Group Head of Private Wealth, John Medina, commented: “Our Platinum re-accreditation underscores our commitment to our team and our clients, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry, and also recognises our ongoing investment in our people, from our nextgen up to our leadership team.”
Rob Thompson, Head of Employer Relationships at STEP, added: “We’re delighted to confirm that Praxis has renewed its STEP Employer Partnership Programme (EPP) accreditation for a further three years. To achieve Platinum level status, employers must provide evidence of a strong learning culture championed from the very top of the organisation and provide tailored learning and development at all levels. Congratulations to Praxis on a well-deserved Platinum accreditation.”
The accreditation also recognised Praxis’s structured development framework, ensuring its team stays current with industry changes and best practices. The achievement comes shortly after Praxis were shortlisted for Trust Company of the Year at the STEP Private Client Awards, as well as their re-accreditation as an ACCA Approved Employer, the company says this further demonstrates its commitment to employee development.
