Guernsey professional services firm Praxis has strengthened its pensions and employer solutions offering, with a raft of promotions.

Bob Banfield will become Senior Executive Director, while Hayley Rose and Jake Williams have recently been appointed as Pensions Managers at the firm.

Mr Banfield will help to “further align and develop Praxis’ pensions offering across its markets, drawing on the strengths of each location to deliver an efficient, high-quality service for clients and their advisers”, a spokesperson said. 

Mr Banfield has more than 35 years of industry experience, including 26 at board level, spanning pensions, private wealth and fund administration.

He is well-known in the Guernsey market, and “brings deep sector expertise and a strong track record in governance and regulatory compliance”, the spokesperson added.

Ms Rose joined the Group in 2021 and was promoted in January.

She brings 15 years of sector experience and a background in the creative industries. 

Mr Williams, has more than a decade of experience in private and corporate pensions.

At Praxis, he manages retirement plans for individual and corporate clients and champions better access to pension information for people outside financial services or who speak English as a second language.
