He’s the firm’s former Head of Service Assurance, in which he focused on delivering and handling the availability of Cloud and managed services.

In his new role, Mr Shellswell will lead the newly integrated network support team.

“This new role will allow me to have a positive impact on the Sure’s customer support process, and to focus my time on the development of our new support services and to meet the evolving demands of our customers,” he said.

“I’m looking forward growing our client base and working alongside the new team to drive positive results.”
