The firm’s 25th year in business also launched a new private markets service allowing unlisted companies to trade shares efficiently, with Blue Diamond Limited the first to join.
Its European bond market – the Qualified Investor Bond Mark – listed over 2,500 issuances including a high number of private equity debt securities. High yield bonds also recovered after a dip, and CLOs also performed well.
25% of new securities business came from the EU, with 4% from the US and Canada.
TISE also grew its market share in UK Real Estate Investment Trusts to 45%, and saw its sustainable market increase to £20.5bn worth of listings dedicated towards ESG initiatives.
Cees Vermaas, CEO of TISE, and pictured above, said: “It is fantastic to celebrate our landmark 25th anniversary year with such a strong flow of new listings despite the continued macro-economic headwinds.
“This shows the attraction of our core bond market proposition where we maintained our market leader position in products like private equity debt securities and high yield bonds and expanded into new markets, such as CLOs.”
