Rihoy & Son has made two appointments to its Board of Directors, with Jim Anderson and Chris Naftel both joining.
Mr Anderson has been appointed Contracts Director after joining the business as Construction Manager, where he has been responsible for leading the delivery of the company’s mid-sized projects. His previous experience in the UK construction sector saw him work at Director level with major contractors and developers including Berkeley PLC, Barratt London PLC, Weston Homes and Dandara UK.
Mr Naftel has been appointed Projects Director, moving from his previous role as Contracts Manager. Originally from Guernsey, he is a Chartered Construction Manager with international experience across the UK and Australia. Since joining Rihoy & Son, he has helped deliver several multidisciplinary projects.
Dan Taylor, Managing Director of Rihoy & Son, said the appointments reflect the continued evolution of the company and the strengthening of its leadership team.
“These appointments recognise the contribution both Jim and Chris have made to the company and the value of their experience within our senior team. Strengthening the Board ensures we continue to deliver high-quality construction projects for our clients and support the long-term development of the business.”
