Walkers advised Suntera Global in connection with Valeas’ majority equity investment in the business, which preceeded the exit of UK-based Palatine Private Equity.
A five-office team advised across multiple areas including Corporate, Banking & Finance, Regulatory & Risk and Employment, providing a full service for Suntera and their complex cross-border transaction.
The Jersey team were lead counsel on the vendor legal due diligence process across 11 jurisdictions whilst also acting as local counsel for the broader acquisition along with their London, Guernsey, Ireland and Cayman offices.
