“We are pleased to partner with GET to present this informative session,” said Focus HR Consultant, John Ioannou-Droushiotis. “Our aim is to assist employers prepare for the forthcoming legislation by furthering their understanding on the subject of reasonable adjustments, what it means and what to consider.
“Line managers do not have to deal with these issues on a daily basis so when such matters arise they may be lacking the confidence and skills to approach them in a proactive manner. We aim for this presentation to provide practical advice, while addressing the issues and barriers in relation to employment and disability.”

We hope that attendees will leave with some quick-win and longer term measures that they can action in their respective workplaces to improve workplace practices for staff and potential applicants.
