The release of this list coincided with Dispute Resolution Week, which aims to raise awareness of non-confrontational methods of resolving family breakdown, such as mediation, collaborative law and arbitration.
Advocate Corbett is a member of Resolution, as well as a qualified collaborative lawyer, specialist children’s lawyer and is both a family and a civil and commercial mediator.
She is the only practitioner in Jersey who is a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the first – and only – family arbitrator in the Island.
