Mrs O’Rourke previously worked at Abacus Financial Services Group, where she set up Abacus’ Corporate Service Division, which grew to employ over a hundred people in under ten years.
She has led teams administrating offshore structures for corporate clients including employee benefit plans, funds and special purpose vehicles as well as ultra-high net worth individuals.
