The restaurant has an extensive inventory of 3,000 bottles of wine from a selection of 310 bins, which were all personally chosen by Restaurant Manager Dimitri Marqueteau, and Head Sommelier Georgi Mihov. A large number of these wines are sourced directly across several regions. Recent additions include wines made from the Greek white wine grape Malagousia, and Buket from Bulgaria. Bohemia has been recognised amongst other winners from around the world as a “top destination for wine lovers.”
