The certifications were achieved under the guidance of Mark McLachlan and Phil Heath and show that C5 have met an internationally recognised set of security controls and proved their continued commitment to standardised management processes in service delivery.

Mark McLachlan, Service Delivery Manager, commented: “Gaining the ISO/IEC 20001-1:11 recertification reflects the standards that we are striving to achieve within C5’s Managed Services operations; namely high quality and consistent delivery for our clients. The ISO/IEC 20001-1:11 standard is built around the Deming Cycle of Plan-do- check- act. By following these iterative steps, we are constantly improving on our client’s experience for end-to- end services. We believe that good service is nothing without consistency.”

Phil Heath, Data Centre & Business Continuity Consultant, added: “This recertification demonstrates that we are serious about providing the best service possible, and that we are continually looking to improve on what we do. It means that our clients can be confident that everything we do for them meets the highest industry standards.”
