The firm says that the acquisition is an important step in its ongoing growth strategy which includes expansion into North America.

Founded in 2011, Calligo services hundreds of clients worldwide from its locations in the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Switzerland, Singapore, Bermuda and Luxembourg.
