“We were thrilled with the entries for this year’s awards, the calibre of which gave the judges a very difficult job to do,” said Kerry Osmand, CIPD Jersey Chair.

“It also gave us a real indication of the high quality of HR Professionals we have in Jersey. The HR community makes a difference within their own organisations but also helps enhance the reputation of the profession itself. This is now seen as a key business function with credibility and in many cases, board presence.”
Six awards were presented to individuals and businesses on the night.
In addition, a Commendation Award was presented to HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man for their entries for the Most Successful Diversity and Inclusion Programme and Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative.
