Daisy Bovingdon’s (left) practice focuses on commercial disputes involving issues of contract and trust law, while Courtney Clelland will undertake a wide range of civil and commercial matters.
Both associates have a background in Scottish law, with Mrs Bovington being previously based in Edinburgh and Mrs Clelland having qualified as as a Scottish solicitor in 2015.
Partner Damian James, who leads the Jersey dispute resolution team, said he was “delighted” to welcome the pair to the team.
