The accreditation is the highest level of three awarded under STEP’s Employer Partnership Programme.

To earn the accreditation, Crestbridge had to demonstrate the importance it places on learning and development, including how it has moved to remote and digital working over the past year, and show how it is supporting employees across its global network in terms of wellbeing and facilitating a positive work environment.

“This is a fantastic achievement for the Group, reflecting the focus we place on creating a rewarding, stimulating and supportive working environment right across our Family Office, Private Equity and Real Estate Services teams,” Graeme McArthur, CEO, Crestbridge, said.

Jenni Hutchinson, Head of Employer Partnerships for STEP, added: “We are delighted to welcome Crestbridge as a Platinum Employer Partner. It is clear that there is a strong culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the organisation, that success is recognised and celebrated and that ample resources are available to support career progression.”
