Jersey Partner Theo Brennand has been appointed as CEO of the new pan-island business, with Siobhan Durcan taking on the COO role.
Mr Brennand and Ms Durcan will continue to lead the Private Equity and Asset Servicing, and Real Estate teams respectively.
John Clacy, based in Guernsey, will be taking a new leadership role with a broader financial services reach across the UK firm.
In addition to the three islands and Gibraltar, he will be responsible for the UK firm’s Financial Services audit business focusing on pensions, UK-regulated funds, fintech, broking and associated businesses.
