Ms Feltham’s background is in Marketing, HR, Data Protection, QHSE, and Information Security Management, and her achievements include being named winner of the 2014 CIPD Mourant Ozannes Talent Attraction and Management award for retention of staff through a successful employee engagement programme.
Her latest achievement was obtaining four internationally recognised standards for Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Information Security Management.
She is also passionate about charity work, spending her free time volunteering as a cook for Caring Cooks of Jersey and as a cycle ride leader for Jersey Sport.
“I am excited to be joining FMJ at this time with so many challenging projects and opportunities to help elevate the charity and raise awareness of the services it offers to the families of Jersey,” Ms Feltham said.
“Mediation is critical in providing separating or divorcing parents with a low-cost solution to resolving their differences, through the support of professional, specialist mediators.”
