In this new role, Mr Haynes will be based in the Jersey office and responsible for supporting the growth of the group.
He will develop key client and intermediary initiatives in addition to new business opportunities across the group’s 14 locations – and he will also oversee the group business development team, reporting to commercial director Kevin O’Connell.
He joins the group from Hawksford where he was the Director of Business Development and responsible for driving the company’s business development activity and playing an active role in the development of relationships with both clients and intermediaries. Prior to this he held senior business development roles at Ogier and Barclays Wealth Structuring.
